This month’s leader was Cassie Garcia.  After welcoming everyone, the following agenda was followed.

 

7:30 p.m.  – Opening Song:  Come to the Fields (Pete Abresch on the guitar)            

·       Opening Prayer :  John 13: 34-35

“I give you a new commandment: love one another.  As I have loved you, so you should love one another.  This is how all will know that you are my disciples, that you have love for one another.”

·       Introductions: Each attendee introduced themselves by name, church, weekend/theme, and table. 

 

7:45-8:00 p.m.

·       Small groups

 

8:00 p.m.– Gathering Song: Companions on the Journey Pete/guitar)

 

8:10 p.m.  Witness: 

·       New Cursillistas from the Men’s weekend shared their experience: Steve Fitzmeyer, Darryl Kupper, Scott Vogan,  Don Mueller and Eugene Gonzales.   Also, Linda Pixton spoke about the October Women’s Cursillo which she attended.  The enthusium expressed by the new Cursillistas reminded us all of how much we enjoyed our own weekend experience, recent or years ago.  Welcome to our new brothers and sisters.

·       “Bubblin”’ with the Spirit Cookbook:  available for $15. From Sandy and George Sullivan.

 

 

8:35 p.m.  Final prayer: St Francis’ Prayer of Peace

 

The next Ultreya gathering of small groups will be at 7:30, December 14th in the Columbus Room of Saint John Vianney Church basement.  Additional information is available at the Church web site. 

 

Prayers/Petitions were expressed orally, followed by the Our Father.  Kiss of Peace.  Snacks and Fellowship was enjoyed by all.
