Joe and Maurice proposed taking part of the Men’s club balance, $500, and give it to Father Daley as a gift for his 60th birthday celebration.  This will be combined with all the other gifts and presented to Father at the church Picnic. (this was discussed before Father arrived)  This was approved by a voice vote.  As a side note, Jack McFadden got up and outlined the celebration for Father.

Other Business (before Father arrived):

·        It was suggested that $500 be donated to Father’s retirement and given at his birthday party. The club voted and approved the gift.

·        Details for the April 11th party:  At the picnic, after mass we plan to have all the parisheners line the road fro the church to the Vianney room.  We will have a banner wishing Father a Happy Birthday.
