· Seafood Dinner: Steve Pedone announced that he is preparing for the December dinner and he needs to know if the Vianney Room will be available. Apparently, the stove was not installed properly and the installer must return to install the correct pipe. Discussion followed concerning other options if the Vianney Room is not available. The FLC is the most logical alternate site. Discussion also concerned funding, and the lack of a deep fryer in the kitchen since the old one was sold during the recent renovation.
