Admissions Committee Report (Larry Smialek)

·        1st and 2nd Degree ceremonies scheduled for 4/27/06 should be moved to avoid conflict with Fr Dan’s JDW Youth Seminar.

 

Grand Knight Report (DGK)

·        Calendar of Events for April - May 2006 is posted at www.kofc11259.us

Treasurer’s Report (John Harper) – No report

 

Financial Secretary Report: (Carl McClanahan): 

·        Bills of $1735.77 were submitted including St Patrick’s Day bill from SJV of $1700. 

·        Check for $540 was received from Tracey Smith, JDW Youth Minister, as proceeds from a Pancake Dinner.

·        Insurance and post office bills are due.  SK Rank suggested an executive meeting to determine which insurance to utilize.

·        Recommend committing $65 for quarter page ad in the Maryland Convention Yearbook.

·        $450 was collected in donations from the St Patrick’s Day event.

 

Trustee Report: (Jerry Murrow, Eugene Gonzales, Ed Waskiewicz)

·        More membership participation is required at Knights events.

 

Chancellor’s Report (John O’Connor)

  • First Friday Adoration at JDW has been going very well.
  • A cookout was held on 3/25 to raise money for the New Orleans trip formed.
  • Knights assisted in building a deck on trailer at JDW.
